I have been with Anne Arundel County Public Schools for 18 years. 17 of those 18 years have been serving as the Remedy/BMC administrator, developer, and support. In addition to my roll with Remedy, I am a Sr. User Support Specialist serving as 3rd level technical support at our Help Desk, on various projects in our technology department and work with other groups in technology to refine our processes to be more streamlined. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and have a husband, step-son, 2 dogs, a cat, and chickens. I am a member of the local Lions Club and enjoy serving the community, golfing, kayaking, and gardening. I also serve as a part time travel agent to feed my addiction to travel.
