Andy McCall, Director Product Development, is responsible for all R&D for BMC Discovery and BMC Helix Client Management. Based out of London UK, Andy has 16 years of experience in enterprise software development and came to BMC as a part of the acquisition of Tideway Systems. With a background in QA he has been working in the discovery space since 2004 with previous experience in OSS.
Andy has worked as a Db2 product architect, and more recently in sales, for over 35 years.
As an architect/developer he built DB-Delivery for DB2, in the early 90’s, a Db2 administration product which was sold and marketed by Goal Systems and then Legent Corp. DB-Delivery had an integrated Db2 table editor, Catalog navigation, DDL generation/execution, utility JCL generation, object alteration/compare and a plan analyzer. It has since been deprecated.
At BMC, since 2000, Andy has worked in the Northeast and Southeast markets as a Software Consultant, calling on BMC customers. While at BMC he managed their Db2 Sales Demo environment and fully automated the ISR maintenance pull and the maintenance deployment. This automation runs monthly and has kept the demo system right up to date for the last 18 months. This has used custom code and many new features of z/OS.
Anne Hoelscher, R&D Product Line Manager for Db2 Utilities at BMC, has 30 years’ experience in Db2 starting with Db2 v1.2. Anne has held various roles from Product Developer, QA Manager, and IBM Vendor Liaison, to Executive Vice President at CDB Software. Anne joined BMC through the CDB acquisition in 2015 and has led the Development group for Db2 ever since. Anne holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Dallas.

He has a wealth of experience with BMC Helix Discovery deploying over 600+ App Models and discovering consistently 95+% of infrastructure (Servers, Network Devices, etc.) for his previous company. He is also a subject matter expert in the BMC Atrium CMDB, with 28 service models configured and integrated to monitoring, SIEM, analytics, DevOps, asset management, and portfolio management solutions.
Austin Staats is a part of BMC's Mainframe Cost Optimization team and specifically specializes in mid-market sales across the United States and Canada. Austin joined BMC as a part of the Business Development team in 2012. Since then, he was responsible for BMC's Workload Automation solution, Control-M, and now has purview of BMC's mainframe technologies in order to help clients continue to leverage the reliable and secure zPlatform. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication from Baylor University.

Bianca Buckridee is a solutions marketing manager at BMC, where she is responsible for developing marketing strategy and messaging for Digital Workplace, Digital Service, and the BMC Chatbot. Buckridee previously led Social Media Operations at JPMorgan Chase and SunTrust, where she pioneered new customer service experiences and built the operational and technological model to interact with customers via Twitter and Facebook. the Bank’s IT operations. Prior to joining Franklin Bank, Mr. Bryant served as the Global Infrastructure Director for Resolution Performance Products LLP, a coatings industry leader and a spin-off of Shell Chemical. While at RPP, Mr. Bryant managed a global IT organization operating over thirty locations in twelve countries.

Dan Hooper is the Practice Director and Lead Architect for BMC Customer Success in APAC. She has worked in most phases of the application lifecycle, from concept and requirements, to deployment and support, with emphasis in ongoing support and service.
Prior to BMC, DiAnna served as Principal and Global Services Delivery Manager for Microsoft’s Advertising Operations business and leading the Global Helpdesk supporting Microsoft’s Enterprise business processing platform. Earlier in her career, DiAnna spent 23 years in the Financial Services industry running credit card operations for Citibank and Toyota Financial Services. Dirk Braune is Director Education Development for BMC Software responsible for course offering strategy and definition as well as the complete development of all education contents. Before BMC, Dirk was responsible for PTC University EMEA including all sales, deliveries and operations of the company’s education business (PTC is a CAD and process software vendor).
Prior to PTC, Dirk led the overall learning portfolio for Alcatel-Lucent with 4,000+ courses, the training pricing plus all customized deliveries. While at Alcatel-Lucent, he led the customer training as Director for Alcatel-Lucent and later was named Vice President for learning development and strategy of the Enterprise Division of Alcatel-Lucent.
In his 13 years for Genesys (a contact center software vendor), Dirk was VP of Genesys University for five years and sat on the global education team. His earlier work at Genesys also included the management of the German and European training teams.

Donna Hill possess more than 11 years of managerial and leadership experience in higher education. Within her higher education experiences, she has managed operational support units, customer service and support centers and planned and implemented classroom and administrative systems planning, support and upgrades. She successfully delivered several BMC Remedy ITSM projects including major version upgrades, transitioning from on-premise to Remedy OnDemand, implementing BMC Discovery to extend GW’s CMDB, implementing Digital Workplace and SmartIT, guiding transition from a standalone to Remedy ITSM integrated Knowledge Base and piloting a virtual agent solution ‘Martha’ through Digital Workplace Advanced. Her education and experience also include: electronics engineering, marketing, finance, credit management, business operations, program management, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, change, configuration and information technology service management.
In her current role as Assistant Director of Service, Configuration & Continuity Management, Ms. Hill directs service management processes, support tools, organizational change and maturation as well as disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the Division of IT supported core administrative services at the George Washington University (GW). Duane Wente is an IMS Consultant with extensive BMC Software and prior customer experience. He has helped many large BMC customers over the last 20 years understand, implement, and exploit BMC IMS solutions. Greg began his career as a Java architect and business analyst at Northern Trust, and then continued at Solstice and HomeDirectUSA before joining BMC Software in 2010. He has held positions as technology solutions director and advisory architect, and specializes in cloud computing, runbook and datacenter automation, APM, application discovery and resiliency, and DevOps. Greg received his BS in computer engineering at University of Notre Dame and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Iulian Ursache is a Solution Engineer at BMC applying his experience to enhance customers’ DevOps experience through Control-M enablement. G. Jay Lipovich is a Principal Product Manager for mainframe systems management and cost optimization at BMC Software. He has many years’ experience in the design and development of strategies and solutions for infrastructure and data management. This includes design strategy and performance evaluation for a mainframe hardware vendor; infrastructure performance consulting for industry and US government agencies; and design and development of strategies and solutions for infrastructure management solutions. Robert Blackhall, Product Development Architect for IMS System Administration products, has been with BMC since 1996, where he developed the Message Advisor for IMS and the AMI Data Extractor for IMS products. The IS&T group serves as “Customer Zero” for BMC’s full line of IT operations management software. As Customer Zero, the IS&T group runs all current versions in production and also works closely with the company’s R&D teams to provide feedback on product roadmaps and test new versions in development.
Scott has more than 30 years of experience in product development, service delivery and assurance for information technology organizations. Prior to joining BMC, Scott was vice president of data center operations at Blackbaud where he was responsible for delivering managed services, SaaS CRM, CMS and eCommerce services for approximately 12,000 customers. Previously, he held IT leadership positions in high technology companies that included Sprint, Akamai, Inktomi, MIH (Entriq) and Kintera.
Scott holds two patents related to digital media. He is a veteran of the U.S Air Force.
Scott Davis is a Client Transformation Architect with BMC Customer Success Services. He has more than 30 years of experience within the IT Industry. For more than ten years, Scott has concentrated on Digital Service Management (DSM) product development, services, and strategic advisory consulting.
In his transformation architect capacity, Scott advises C-Level Executives for multiple Fortune 100 customers in the energy, insurance and other industries. Sean Berry is a Solution Evangelist in BMC’s Security, Compliance, and Automation group, responsible for BMC’s SecOps Response Service and BladeLogic Server Automation. He has more than 15 years of production operations, consulting and automation experience, including everything from e-commerce, insurance and software development. He has passion for the success of his customers, and has done everything from professional services and pre-sales to customer engineering. In his occasional free time, he transports rescue dogs by air and land, and experiments with lasers, molten plastic, and mode 2 computing.
Serena Lambiase is currently the Lead Product Manager for BMC Helix Client Management. In this role, she builds and manages the product backlog and roadmap based on corporate strategy and input from customers, partners, and industry analysts.
Ms. Lambiase has worked with service management software since 2001, when she started with Network Associates. Prior to this, she built her experience around the sales and marketing of technology products at companies such as Lucent Technologies and Dell Computer Corporation.
Ms. Lambiase holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and two patents (6862581: Patch distribution system, 6859793: Software license reporting and control).
Shrikant is Manager in BMC IT and has been working with BMC for 10 years. He is responsible for managing the IT operations using BMC TrueSight Operations Management. Shrikant has broad experience and knowledge with BMC's Digital Service Operations Products. His primary role is to help IT and business team by delivering the end-to-end performance monitoring and event management. Shrikant has been key contributor for BMC IT to enable the high quality digital services and value cases efficiently and effectively. Shrikant holds Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and he is strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace .Shrikant enjoys playing cricket but can also be found on long bike rides with friends.

Additionally, she has lead marketing efforts for AchieveGlobal’s Professional Sales Skills (PSS) Line of solutions for Fortune 100 clients and been a Category Marketing Strategist for the Southeast United States leading grocer, Publix Supermarkets. She has an MBA from the University of Tampa and BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Stephen likes to consider things from a different angle. Working the BMC DSM Product Management group since 2013 and prior to that being a BMC customer running large implementations Stephen has ownership of the BMC Helix CMDB, working with customers and partners Stephen works to ensure that our CMDB is ready for new technologies and approaches to working keeping abreast of the new needs that come from the rapid pace of change in the technology space. Steve joined BMC Software in December of 1997 and has been involved with Oracle since 1995 in a variety of roles including: programmer, oracle developer, oracle dba, oracle application system administrator, oracle application manager.
For the past 8 years his primary responsibility is administering and upgrading Oracle Application system to Oracle 11i and R12.2 and how Control-M/Control Self Services can help automate Oracle application and database code moves, Oracle Application Instance Refreshes, Oracle User Password Reset, Oracle Application Business Continuity Exercise and other routine operations. Prior to 1997, Steve was an Oracle Developer/programmer and working as a consultant in Lockheed Martin in Houston Nasa area.

Steven Solomon is a Lead Product Manager for Mainframe Cost Optimization products at BMC Software. Steve has been working with software development on IBM Z platforms for more than 30 years and has been the Product Management leader for more than a dozen mainframe software products. His specialty focus areas are Mainframe Software Cost Management, DevOps, Mainframe Software Development, and Enterprise Change and Service Management. Mr. Solomon is ITIL Foundations certified, is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Agilist.

Susan is the Lead Product Manager for the BMC MainView Monitoring Product Line. She is responsible for the strategy and vision for MainView products and is driving the direction for integrated system management. Susan joined BMC from IBM Tivoli where she worked with the Tivoli z portfolio and the core team for hardware/software integration. She joined IBM via the Candle Acquisition where she provided customer services for customer architectures and implementing the OMEGAMON family of products.

Will joined the Control-M team in September, 2012, as a Sr. Product Manager.
Prior to BMC, Will was a product manager at Symantec within their Endpoint Management and Mobility organization. He was with BMC for six years prior to that as part of the Remedy acquisition, and managed teams within both Customer Support and IT. Will has an MBA from the University of Kansas, as well as undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Spanish.
Zach Warren Senior Software Engineer, IT Unum | Starmount | Colonial Life Zach has 19+ years of experience as a Control-M Administrator with in-depth knowledge of versions 2.24 to v19. He spent 11 years in outsourcing (IBM and ACS) and provided primary administrative support for a large number of Control-M sites. He’s performed countless installations and upgrades on various platforms, supported disaster recovery, and heavily automated many manual tasks related to Control-M.
Zach has also had the opportunity to work with BMC developers on the initial buildup of Control-M Self Service and Application Integrator. He’s always performed both roles - scheduler and admin which has been an advantage in creating highly complex scheduling scenarios to support the business.
