Allison Cramer joined BMC in 2015 and serves as Senior Director and Head of Strategic Marketing & Thought Leadership. Prior to BMC, Allison was Director of Product Marketing for Continuous Delivery at CA Technologies playing a lead role in DevOps. Before joining CA, Allison held leadership positions at Dell and Cummins.
She began her career in the consulting industry with Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint with a focus on Federal Government. Andy McCall, Director Product Development, is responsible for all R&D for BMC Discovery and BMC Client Management. Based out of London UK, Andy has 16 years of experience in enterprise software development and came to BMC as a part of the acquisition of Tideway Systems. With a background in QA he has been working in the discovery space since 2004 with previous experience in OSS.
Andy has worked as a Db2 product architect, and more recently in sales, for over 35 years.
As an architect/developer he built DB-Delivery for DB2, in the early 90’s, a Db2 administration product which was sold and marketed by Goal Systems and then Legent Corp. DB-Delivery had an integrated Db2 table editor, Catalog navigation, DDL generation/execution, utility JCL generation, object alteration/compare and a plan analyzer. It has since been deprecated.
At BMC, since 2000, Andy has worked in the Northeast and Southeast markets as a Software Consultant, calling on BMC customers. While at BMC he managed their Db2 Sales Demo environment and fully automated the ISR maintenance pull and the maintenance deployment. This automation runs monthly and has kept the demo system right up to date for the last 18 months. This has used custom code and many new features of z/OS.

Anne Hoelscher, R&D Product Line Manager for Db2 Utilities at BMC, has 30 years’ experience in Db2 starting with Db2 v1.2. Anne has held various roles from Product Developer, QA Manager, and IBM Vendor Liaison, to Executive Vice President at CDB Software. Anne joined BMC through the CDB acquisition in 2015 and has led the Development group for Db2 ever since. Anne holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Dallas.

Antonio Vargas is a Principal Product Manager for BMC Helix Discovery. In this role, Antonio is responsible for gathering requirements and feedback from customers, sales, engineering, support, and R&D to shape future releases of BMC Helix Discovery. Antonio joined in January 2016 and was previously a customer of BMC Software. He has a wealth of experience with BMC Helix Discovery deploying over 600+ App Models and discovering consistently 95+% of infrastructure (Servers, Network Devices, etc.) for his previous company. He is also a subject matter expert in the BMC Atrium CMDB, with 28 service models configured and integrated to monitoring, SIEM, analytics, DevOps, asset management, and portfolio management solutions.
Austin Staats is a part of BMC's Mainframe Cost Optimization team and specifically specializes in mid-market sales across the United States and Canada. Austin joined BMC as a part of the Business Development team in 2012. Since then, he was responsible for BMC's Workload Automation solution, Control-M, and now has purview of BMC's mainframe technologies in order to help clients continue to leverage the reliable and secure zPlatform. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication from Baylor University.

Prior to joining BMC Software, Mr. Bryant was Vice President of IT Operations for Lender Processing Services – RealEC technology platform, which transacts all mortgage loan origination product orders for 90% of the banks in the United States. Prior to joining Lender Processing Services, Mr. Bryant served as Senior Vice President and Director, IT Operations for Franklin Bank responsible for all aspects of
the Bank’s IT operations. Prior to joining Franklin Bank, Mr. Bryant served as the Global Infrastructure Director for Resolution Performance Products LLP, a coatings industry leader and a spin-off of Shell Chemical. While at RPP, Mr. Bryant managed a global IT organization operating over thirty locations in twelve countries.

Dave Schipper is a lead product manager at BMC Software responsible for the BMC Subsystem Analyzer for zEnterprise (Subzero) and the BMC Database Solutions for IMS. DiAnna Huntsman is the North American Practice Lead for BMC’s Applications Managed Services. In this role, she is responsible for developing practice delivery strategies, methodologies, scoping, enablement, corporate alignment, and service offerings.
DiAnna has over 25-years’ experience in operations as well as 14-years of global managed service and service delivery experience spanning the financial services and tech industries. Her primary expertise is leading managed services teams and building service delivery capabilities to achieve best-in-class service and enhanced performance. She has worked in most phases of the application lifecycle, from concept and requirements, to deployment and support, with emphasis in ongoing support and service.
Prior to BMC, DiAnna served as Principal and Global Services Delivery Manager for Microsoft’s Advertising Operations business and leading the Global Helpdesk supporting Microsoft’s Enterprise business processing platform. Earlier in her career, DiAnna spent 23 years in the Financial Services industry running credit card operations for Citibank and Toyota Financial Services. DiAnna holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, is ITIL® Foundations Certified, is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Master Kaizen Coach.
Dirk Braune is Director Education Development for BMC Software responsible for course offering strategy and definition as well as the complete development of all education contents. Before BMC, Dirk was responsible for PTC University EMEA including all sales, deliveries and operations of the company’s education business (PTC is a CAD and process software vendor).
Prior to PTC, Dirk led the overall learning portfolio for Alcatel-Lucent with 4,000+ courses, the training pricing plus all customized deliveries. While at Alcatel-Lucent, he led the customer training as Director for Alcatel-Lucent and later was named Vice President for learning development and strategy of the Enterprise Division of Alcatel-Lucent.
In his 13 years for Genesys (a contact center software vendor), Dirk was VP of Genesys University for five years and sat on the global education team. His earlier work at Genesys also included the management of the German and European training teams.
Over his 20-year career in the IT and learning industry, Dirk has worked with and in international companies and teams as project manager, instructor and manager, including subsidiaries of Siemens and HypoVereinsbank/UniCredit.

Donna Hill possess more than 11 years of managerial and leadership experience in higher education. Within her higher education experiences, she has managed operational support units, customer service and support centers and planned and implemented classroom and administrative systems planning, support and upgrades. She successfully delivered several BMC Remedy ITSM projects including major version upgrades, transitioning from on-premise to Remedy OnDemand, implementing BMC Discovery to extend GW’s CMDB, implementing Digital Workplace and SmartIT, guiding transition from a standalone to Remedy ITSM integrated Knowledge Base and piloting a virtual agent solution ‘Martha’ through Digital Workplace Advanced. Her education and experience also include: electronics engineering, marketing, finance, credit management, business operations, program management, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, change, configuration and information technology service management.
In her current role as Assistant Director of Service, Configuration & Continuity Management, Ms. Hill directs service management processes, support tools, organizational change and maturation as well as disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the Division of IT supported core administrative services at the George Washington University (GW). In execution of her duties and leadership, Ms. Hill promotes staff development and mentoring, as well as nurturing a culture of organizational change, accountability and operational excellence within the Division of IT Service and Contracts management team. Duane Wente is an IMS Consultant with extensive BMC Software and prior customer experience. He has helped many large BMC customers over the last 20 years understand, implement, and exploit BMC IMS solutions. He has worked with accounts on IMS discovery, disaster recovery, database performance, and tuning engagements.
Prior to moving to the Software Consulting organization Duane was involved in many successful IMS product development projects. These projects included IMS database compression, IMS database reorganization, IMS backup and recovery, and IMS fast path solutions. These research and development efforts spanned a 13-year period.

Gomati Mahabal is currently a Customer Success Manager in ESO Strategy and Operations. She specializes in product innovations and solutions that solve customer and partner business challenges. Herb Van Hook
Herb VanHook is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for BMC Software, and manages the CTO Office for BMC. Herb spends much of his time with BMC customers, and focuses specifically on the technology, process and organization impacts and opportunities presented by Cloud Computing and Data Center automation models. He leads BMC’s overall Cloud strategy for the CTO office.
Herb has worked in strategic, corporate development and business planning functions since joining BMC in 2005. Previous to BMC, he held several executive positions at industry analyst firm META Group (now Gartner, Inc.). While at META, Herb was executive vice president and research director, leading all infrastructure and operations research, and last serving as META’s interim president and chief operating officer prior to its sale to Gartner. Herb has more than 30 years of experience in information technology – across operations, development, support and management – including positions at IBM, CA Technologies, and Legent Corporation.
Imran Khan is senior vice president of Customer Success at BMC Software, Inc. He leads the company’s Services and Education business, Services Sales, the Customer Support organization, and the Chief Customer Office function.
Previously Imran was senior vice president of global services and a member of the executive team at JDA Software. Imran’s 1,500-strong organization was responsible for providing consulting and strategic services to most of the globe’s top supply chains, with services accounting for a third of JDA’s revenue. Prior to JDA Imran was vice president for worldwide network consulting at Hewlett Packard where he was responsible for developing the industry’s leading networking consulting business.

Iulian Ursache is a Solution Engineer at BMC applying his experience to enhance customers’ DevOps experience through Control-M enablement. I have recently co-lead the innovation, development and go-to-market for our award winning, leading-edge app, MyIT, which empowers employees to take control of their IT experience. G. Jay Lipovich is a Principal Product Manager for mainframe systems management and cost optimization at BMC Software. He has many years’ experience in the design and development of strategies and solutions for infrastructure and data management. This includes design strategy and performance evaluation for a mainframe hardware vendor; infrastructure performance consulting for industry and US government agencies; and design and development of strategies and solutions for infrastructure management solutions. With more than 25 years of on-site client experience around ITSM, Joe has led significant system consolidation engagements and provided consultation to clients across a broad range of industries including energy, financial services, retail, technology, and manufacturing as well as various defense and civilian government agencies. Serena Lambiase is currently the Lead Product Manager for BMC Client Management. In this role, she builds and manages the product backlog and roadmap based on corporate strategy and input from customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Sheryl M. Larsen represents Worldwide Db2 Z Solutions at BMC. Previously she worked for IBM, Sheryl M. Larsen, Inc., and Platinum Technology. She is known for her extensive expertise in SQL Tuning and has performed detailed Db2 Performance Health Checks for many fortune 500 clients. Sheryl has over 25 years’ experience in Db2, has published many articles, white papers and co-authored a book, Db2 Answers, Osborne-McGraw-Hill, 1999. Currently she is the President of the Midwest Db2 User Group - www.mwdug.org, an IBM Z Champion, and a member of the Northern Illinois University Computer Science Alumni Council.

At CA Technologies she was Director of Marketing for Global Education and Senior Marketing Manager for the CA ArcServe line of business. Stephen likes to consider things from a different angle. Working the BMC DSM Product Management group since 2013 and prior to that being a BMC customer running large implementations Stephen has ownership of the BMC Helix CMDB, working with customers and partners Stephen works to ensure that our CMDB is ready for new technologies and approaches to working keeping abreast of the new needs that come from the rapid pace of change in the technology space. Tom has held various roles including International Finance Manager, Manager of QA, and eventually Manager of Technical Support at CDB Software, Inc. Tom has been a leader in Technical Support since joining BMC in 2015. Tom holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Business from the University of Dallas.

He currently focuses on driving customer value realization and business benefits through people, process, technology and data. Tom has over 30 years’ experience deploying technology-based business solutions in creative ways while ensuring alignment of technology with an organization’s culture and business needs. Prior to joining BMC, Tom spent two years as an IT Director responsible for business applications. Tom’s background includes 11 years leading national and global captive services teams implementing SFA and CRM solutions across multiple industries including finance, energy, technology and healthcare. His experience also includes three years as a product manager during which he launched a customer advisory board at the C-level.
Tom Niermeyer is Vice President and General Manager for IMS Solutions at BMC Software, Inc. In this role, he leads the teams that develop, market, sell and support BMC’s IMS portfolio of products. He joined BMC in 1993 and has held various leadership roles, primarily in sales. Tom held several sales positions at Eastman Kodak prior to BMC and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Vidhya Srinivasan is the Head of Marketing for the Service Management Business Unit. Prior to BMC, Vidhya was at ServiceNow where as a Marketing leader she led Community and Digital strategies. She built a vibrant customer, developer and partner ecosystem and drove customer acquisition, adoption and retention strategies and programs. Vidhya has held various leadership roles driving Platform, Product Management and Customer Engagement strategies at Cisco and Sun Microsystems. She holds a Masters in Information Systems and an MBA. Her passion includes customer experience, digital engagement and advocacy.
Will joined the Control-M team in September, 2012, as a Sr. Product Manager.
Prior to BMC, Will was a product manager at Symantec within their Endpoint Management and Mobility organization. He was with BMC for six years prior to that as part of the Remedy acquisition, and managed teams within both Customer Support and IT. Will has an MBA from the University of Kansas, as well as undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Spanish.
