What you get:
BMC will perform the following in one environment:
- Conduct a workshop to provide Customer with an overview of the out of the box integration selected and review all required configuration information.
- Configure up to two out-of-the-box integrations in BMC Helix Intelligent Integration.
- Create up to ten Event Management policies for new events in BMC Helix Operations Management.
- Prepare Solution Design Document.
- Prepare Construction Document.
- Prepare System Test Plan Document.
- Assist Customer with functional testing.
Optional configuration for Intelligent Integration Gateway :
- Install the on-prem Intelligent Integration Gateway for one of the following scenarios:
- BMC Helix on-premises deployment
- On premise third-party tool integration to BMC Helix SaaS
Customer will be responsible for:
- Conducting functional testing.
- Identifying the out-of-the-box integration to be configured in BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations.
- Providing subject matter expert(s) with access to the source monitoring tool.
- Providing BMC consultants with valid access to all BMC Helix services required to implement the integration.
- Providing all service accounts required to configure the integration.
- Performing any configuration required on the Integration Source.
BMC will provide this Service with one of the approaches below:

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered::
- Solution Design Document
- Construction Document
- System Test Plan Document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and completed within 30 days. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.
Pre-requisites:
- Customer must have valid licenses and configured environments for BMC Helix Operations Management and BMC Helix AIOps.
- Customer to provide the networking configuration required.
- Customer must have identified the out-of-the-box integration to be configured from the hyperlinked list.
- Customer must provide supported OS version to install the on-prem IIG if on-prem gateway is needed.
- Customer must supply credentials with the necessary permissions for both the source and the target services.
- Customer is responsible for configuring all non-BMC products.
