Quick Configure: Advanced Event Enrichment

What you get:

BMC will perform the following in one environment:

• Conduct a workshop for gathering requirements
• Identify and review relevant event management integrations and policies
• Design event enrichment workflow
• Configure up to 10 event policies
• Assist Customer with functional testing

Customer will be responsible for:

• Providing access, privileges, and administration assistance with any systems to be integrated
• Conducting functional testing

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Solution Design Document
• Construction Document
• Test Strategy and System Test Plan

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

• Firewall ports may be required between BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) and any integrated systems
• Customer to provide a privileged service account to access integrated systems
