Historically the adoption of modern, best practice solutions such as SmartIT has often necessitated a trade off resulting in the loss of the ability to customise to meet the precise user requirements.

This webinar will focus upon the enhancements within the BMC Helix 20.08 and 21.02 releases. In particular it will focus upon the SmartIT interface for BMC Helix ITSM and the role that the use of progressive web app technology is playing in both accelerating adoption and striking a balance between out of box best practice and the need to personalise a system to the precise needs of the customer.
