BMC will perform the following in up to three environments:
Essential Service:
Integration with DWP/Chatbot only
BMC will:
- Sync articles from BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix Business Workflows (if applicable)
- Integrate BMC Helix Digital Workplace and BMC Helix Virtual Agent (if applicable) with BMC Helix Knowledge Management by Comaround
- Integrate up to three environments (Dev/QA/Prod)
- Prepare Solution Design Document
- Prepare Construction Document.
Advanced Service:
Integration with SmartIT/BWF and DWP/Chatbot
BMC will:
- Sync articles from BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix Business Workflows (if applicable)
- Integrate BMC Helix Digital Workplace and BMC Helix Virtual Agent (if applicable) with BMC Helix Knowledge Management by Comaround
- Integrate BMC Helix SmartIT with BMC Helix Knowledge Management by Comaround
- Map one portal per environment with a maximum of 50 user groups from Comaround
- Configure access mapping for SmartIT
- Configure access mapping for BMC Helix Business Workflows
- Integrate up to three environments (Dev/QA/Prod)
- Prepare Construction Document
BMC will provide this Service with one of the approaches below:

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

Advanced Service
- Construction Document
Pre-requisites:
- Customer has implemented environments for BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, and BMC Helix Knowledge Management by Comaround
- Customer’s Foundation Data* is loaded on their Helix ITSM system
- The customer is familiar with the KCS methodology.
Customer has completed training on BMC Helix Knowledge Management by Comaround tool
Completion Criteria:
BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and completed within 30 days. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.
