BMC Helix Control-M Environment Standardization Service

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

• Provide an overview of BMC recommended best practices for environment standardization
• Conduct interviews with key Customer staff, including BMC Helix Control-M administrators and job developers
• Evaluate Customer’s standardization plan focusing on:
  • Job definitions
  • Site standards and user views
  • Role-based access model
  • Agent groups
• Identify improvement opportunities in the standardization plan using BMC’s recommended best practices
• Prepare a Recommendation Report of BMC’s recommended best practices for environment standardization 

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Recommendation Report

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

• Customer must have an existing BMC Helix Control-M instance
• Customer should review the following training videos before the Service commences:
  • Helix Control-M User Views
  • Control-M Site Standards
  • Helix Control-M Role Based Access
  • Helix Control-M Agents Installations and Tags
