Sync BMC Helix ITSM incidents with Jira issues
Automatically generate and update BMC Helix ITSM incidents from Jira issues and vice-versa. Users can set a customizable trigger for incidents to generate an issue, and the same for issues to incidents. Once created, status, comments, and updates will be synchronized between the two. This integration comes with customizable default field mappings.
