Sync BMC Helix ITSM change requests with Jira issues
Automatically create Jira issues when a BMC Helix ITSM change request is created and vice versa. Users can set a customizable trigger for retrieving change requests, and any subsequent updates or comments added to the request are updated automatically in the issue and vice versa. This integration comes with customizable default field mappings.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS Jitterbit subscription, create/update issue rights in Jira, and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
