Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit subscription and administrator access to BMC Helix Operations Management and ServiceNow. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions
- Auto-create corresponding incidents in ServiceNow when new incidents are created in BMC Helix ITSM
- Auto-update corresponding incidents in ServiceNow when incidents are updated in BMC Helix ITSM, or when worklog entries or attachments are added
