Post BMC Helix ITSM incident and work notes in Slack
Automatically generate posts in Slack when an incident is created or updated in BMC Helix ITSM. Users can set a customizable trigger for incidents, and a post will be made in the target Slack channel when the incident is created or updated.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS Jitterbit subscription, create/edit incident rights in BMC Helix ITSM, and access to the target Slack channel.
