Migrate Salesforce User data to Helix ITSM People data. This integration comes with default field mappings, which users can edit and create new custom fields. Records are imported sequentially— not in bulk— and processing time varies based on quantity.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit subscription and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM and Salesforce. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
