Any subsequent updates or comments added to the problem record are automatically updated in the issue and vice versa. This integration comes with customizable default field mappings.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS Jitterbit subscription, create/update issue rights in Jira, and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
