The CMDB connector provides the ability to map an imported BMC Service Request Management service to a requestable offering in Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB) through the Service Options page. For more information, see “Best practices for managing datasets” in the BMC Atrium Core documentation. Use of this connector requires a valid Atrium Core license. Atrium CMDB is also integrated at the application level to provide real-time creation of and mapping between services and requestable offerings.
