What you get:
BMC will perform the following for up to one BMC In-Scope Product:
- Establish chat access for Customer to the BMC designated technical expert
- Conduct a review of Customer’s BMC Helix production environment to assess current usage of license, product functionality, and transaction volume trends
- Review findings against BMC’s recommended best practices
- Prepare the Usage and Recommendations Report
- Review the Usage and Recommendations Report’s key findings, prioritized recommendations, and benefits with Customer
- Conduct an upgrade planning session for the In-Scope Product using BMC’s recommended best practices
- Identifying and ensuring the availability of the Customer sponsor and stakeholders to be engaged who are familiar with use of the In-Scope Product and environment
Customer is responsible for:
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Usage and Recommendations Report
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager
Pre-requisites:
- Customer must be a subscriber to the Enhanced, Advanced, or Comprehensive Success Subscription and have at least six months remaining on the subscription.
