What you get:

BMC will perform the following in one environment:

• Conduct a workshop to gather requirements
• Prepare Solution Design Document
• Install one instance of Entuity
• Configure and troubleshoot Entuity discovery
• Configure up to two out of the box Entuity or BMC Helix dashboards
• Configure up to five out of the box Entuity reports
• Configure Entuity Flow Analyzer
• Install one BMC PATROL Agent
• Configure integration from Entuity to BHOM
• Prepare Test Strategy and System Test Plan
• Prepare Construction Document
• Assist Customer with functional testing

Customer will be responsible for:

• Providing access and privileges on servers for Entuity and BMC PATROL Agent deployment
• Providing access and privileges required for network monitoring
• Conducting functional testing

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Solution Design Document
• Construction Document
• Test Strategy and System Test Plan

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

• Customer must have a license for Entuity for BMC Helix Operations Management
• BHOM must already be onboarded and configured for user access
• Firewall ports must be open between monitoring environment and BHOM
• Minimum version for BMC Patrol Agent is 21.02
