Product Adoption Assessment


The Product Adoption Assessment reviews current usage of up to one BMC product against BMC’s recommended best practices and provides recommendations for both operational and performance improvements.

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

  • Conduct a review of Customer’s production environment to assess current usage of license, product functionality, and transaction volume trends
  • Review against BMC’s recommended best practices for up to one BMC product
  • Prepare a detailed report of usage and recommendations
  • Review key findings, prioritized recommendations, and benefits with Customer

Customer will be responsible for:

  • Identifying Customer sponsor and stakeholders to be engaged who are familiar with use of the product and integrations
  • Availability of Customer sponsor and stakeholders

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

  • Usage and Recommendations Report

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
