What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- Conduct a workshop for gathering information to support HR Service Management.
- Configure foundation data, Support group, Assignment, Operational Categories.
- Configure and import out-of-the-box content packs for HR Portal.
- Configure Case template and task flow content packs for the onboarding solution.
- Configure Case template and task flow content packs for offboarding.
- Configure one OOTB (out of the box) dashboard.
- Configure Customer branding within the HR Portal, up to one UI page.
- Configure and reimport 15 out-of-the-box Digital Workplace content packs for self-service from BMC’s sample HR Line of Business.
- Content packs can be found here.
- Migrate QA to Prod using content pack.
- Prepare Solution Design document.
- Prepare Construction Document.
- Prepare Test Plan document.
BMC will perform the following for the optional Integration Service:
- Conduct a workshop to gather integration requirements and present high-level plan
- Update Solution Design document
- Establish integration between third party data source and BMC Helix
- Configure approval process, if necessary
- Assist in functional testing
- Migrate configurations from QA to Prod
- Update Construction Document
- Update Test Plan Document
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing functional UAT test cases.
- Conducting functional testing.
- Providing relevant information to support the solution including:
- Branding information to support the configuration of the HR Portal
- Ensuring availability of subject matter experts for workshop with BMC
- Integration and customization (which are not in scope for this Service).

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Solution Design Document
- Construction Document
- Test Plan document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.
Pre-requisites:
- Customer has a license for the following BMC Helix applications:
- BMC Helix Digital Workplace
- BMC Helix Business Workflows
- BMC ITSM with foundation data
- Customer will provide functional test cases for UAT
- Customer will provide relevant information to support the solution including:
- Branding information to support the configuration of the HR Portal.
- The content packs for the HR Portal to be configure from the list here.
- The content packs for the onboarding experience to be configured from the list here.
- The content packs for the offboarding experience to be configured from the list here.
