Five Days With a BMC Solution Architect


Based on Customer’s business drivers, a BMC Solution Architect will help analyze capabilities, business and technical requirements, then provide guidance on the necessary solution architecture, personnel, and BMC’s best practice recommendations.

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

  • Provide strategic thought leadership and actionable guidance to drive Customer adoption and value realization
  • Advise Customer on how to best align business drivers and requirements with BMC product capabilities
  • Assists a project manager or program manager in leading the engagement team
  • Work in conjunction with the Customer to define project milestones and timelines
  • Actively participate, as needed, in the project steering committee

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

  • The parties understand and agree that BMC will not be responsible for any specified or implied deliverables resulting from these Consulting Services. A report or email may however be communicated to Customer to present the status of the Services (“Status Report”)

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the allotted period of time has been reached or when Customer has indicated they no longer need assistance, whichever occurs first.  From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and complete within 30 days.  Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.
