What you get:
BMC will perform the following in one environment, based on the selected lever:
Essential Service
- Conduct workshop to explore Netreo's capabilities and ensure readiness for a smooth deployment
- Perform configuration assistance for up to five Service Engines*, modules and features
- Conduct project management
- Configure integrated authentication with Active Directory or SAML 2.0
- If not applicable, configure up to five local users
- Configure up to five Event Management rules
- Perform device addition(s), up to 16 hours of support by:
- Importing, subnet scanning, virtualization synchronization, wireless access points through API integrations (Cisco and Aruba), VeloCloud Edge device additions through API VeloCloud controller, and Cloud object additions through API integration with cloud platform(s) (Azure and AWS)
- Configure up to ten monitoring templates
- Type, sub-type, category, sites, standard KPIs (CPU, Memory, Disk, Interface Bandwidth, Interface errors, Host state, Interface state, other services available depending on vendor of managed device)
- Additional configuration to include:
- Up to two virtualization integrations
- Up to five WebART*
- Up to one EmailART*
- Up to eight-hour review for Netflow
- Syslog, SNMP Trapping with up to five logging rules
- Up to one Maintenance window
- Up to two Custom dashboards
- Up to two BMC Netreo reports
- Configure groupings:
- Categories, sites, actions (Active response, webhooks), Strategic Groupings (Functional Groupings, Business Workflows
- Max 100 groupings collectively
- Prepare Construction document
- Prepare Test Strategy document
- Prepare Solution Design document
- Perform knowledge transfer/walkthrough session (up to two hours) as per Customer environment
- Session recording will be shared
Enhanced Service
- Conduct workshop to explore Netreo's capabilities and ensure readiness for a smooth deployment
- Perform configuration assistance for up to ten Service Engines, modules and features
- Conduct project management
- Configure integrated authentication with Active Directory or SAML 2.0
- If not applicable, configure up to five local users
- Configure a one-way event integration with an ITSM application incident module (e.g., BMC Helix ITSM)
- Configure up to ten Event Management rules
- Define and deploy up to ten auto configuration rules
- Perform device addition(s) by:
- (Up to 24 hours of support)
- Importing, subnet scanning, virtualization synchronization, wireless access points through API integrations (Cisco and Aruba), VeloCloud Edge device additions through API VeloCloud controller, and Cloud object additions through API integration with cloud platform(s) (Azure and AWS)
- Configure up to 15 monitoring templates
- Type, sub-type, category, sites, standard KPIs (CPU, Memory, Disk, Interface Bandwidth, Interface errors, Host state, Interface state, other services available depending on vendor of managed device)
- Additional configuration to include:
- Up to one API Integration
- Up to five Virtualization integrations
- Up to ten WebART
- Up to three EmailART
- Up to 16-hour review for Netflow
- Syslog, SNMP Trapping with up to ten logging rules
- Up to five Maintenance windows
- Up to five Custom dashboards
- Up to five Custom & advanced reporting

Customer will be responsible for:
Essential Service
- Providing requirements for the five event management rules
Enhanced Service
- Providing requirements for the five event management rules
- Providing required access and privileges to Incident ticketing system for incident creation
- Providing required access and privileges for event integrations
- Conducting functional testing
Deliverables:
Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Construction document
- Test Strategy document
- Solution Design document
Completion Criteria:
BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

Pre-requisites:
- Configure required network access and Access Control Lists (“ACL”) for devices
- Configure and supply credentials for access to devices (SNMP, WinRM, Integrations to cloud)
- Provide an overarching architecture diagram to include environments including connectivity (VPNs, MPLS, etc...) and special configuration schemes such as naming conventions (if applicable)
- Provide diagrams to include networks / ports and traffic direction to Customer systems and integration into 3rd party applications/clouds
- Provide a device list for devices to be monitored
- Enhanced service only:
- License to an ITSM application (ex: BMC helix ITSM, ServiceNow, etc...)
