What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- Conduct sessions with Customer to understand their current state, goals and objectives
- Prepare Roadmap Document to validate findings, conclusions, and draft recommendations
- Conduct session with Customer to walkthrough the Transformation Roadmap Executive Presentation
- Provide information on Success Path if Customer wants to execute the Roadmap using BMC Services
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Transformation Roadmap Executive Presentation
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
Pre-requisites:
- Preparatory call between Customer and BMC team to establish engagement focus
- Provide current state operating situation model and plans plus objectives and goals
- Identify stakeholders to be engaged and agree to timing
