This Service configures a one one-way integration for event and/or metrics ingestion from one external source to BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM).

What you get:

BMC will perform the following in one environment:

Conduct workshop to gather requirements
Configure one Helix Dashboard with up to five panels
Prepare Construction Document
Prepare Solution Design Document
Prepare Test Strategy and System Test Plan
Assist Customer with functional testing (up to 3 days)

Integrate Metrics and/or Events using one of the following options.

Customer will be responsible for:

Conducting functional testing.
Configuring tool/script to collect events and/or metrics from monitoring data source and forward to BHOM.
Providing subject matter expert(s) with access to the data source.

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

Solution Design Document
Construction Document
Test Strategy and System Test Plan

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

Pre-requisites:

BHOM must already be installed and configured for user access.
Firewall ports must be open between monitoring environment and BHOM.
External monitoring tool must allow export of data.
Customer must have a valid license for AIOps.
