BMC Helix Dashboards and Reporting Service

This Service will evaluate and assess the Customer’s dashboard and reporting needs by conducting a workshop with the Customer. The workshop will gather the Customer’s requirements based on personas/roles, BMC products, functionalities, processes, business challenges and other business needs. In turn, BMC will provide applicable recommendations and perform configuration activities to the necessary dashboards and reports for the associated Customer stakeholders.

  • Conduct a workshop to review out-of-the-box capabilities of BMC Helix Dashboards.
    • (Demo of our internal library, discuss our internal library, view real-world dashboards – 360 views, provide a report of recommendations on the levers to select in the catalog to support customers' requirements.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer session for the dashboard(s).

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

      • Recommended Dashboard option(s) to redeem
        • Standard Dashboard, Simple Dashboard, Moderate Dashboard, Enhanced Dashboard.
  • Standard, Simple, Moderate, Enhanced:
    • Construction Document

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and completed within 30 days. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

  • Customer must have a valid subscription to BMC Helix ITSM
