Enterprise subscriptions provide several advantages:
- All user training is available for an unlimited number of customer employees from day 1 and for the complete duration the product is being used. This way access to best practices and unlimited enablement is always available and will speed up the implementation and drive more efficient and effective use of the product
- All administrator training is available for the purchased number of designated administrators of the customer
- The training is structured in small modules between 15 and 50 minutes, which can be easily taken during your day to day work
- Instead of waiting for a scheduled session, all content is self-paced and available 24/7
- Training can be used to onboard a new customer and new employees, but also for any ongoing questions or support
- The subscription continuously adds new contents without any additional cost
- The Enterprise subscription can be added to a BMC product subscription and co-termed, so the training investment is predictable and part of the total cost of ownership (TCO)
BMC offers two versions of BMC Education Enterprise Subscription Services:
BMC Education Enterprise Product Subscription
This BMC Education Enterprise Subscription Service is available for single BMC product like BMC Helix ITSM or Control-M, and contains training and certification only for the single product. The specific product is defined in the title of the subscription and also listed in the abstract of the subscription.
BMC Education Enterprise Solution Subscription:
This BMC Education Enterprise Subscription Service is available for multiple BMC products, and contains training and certification for these multiple product.
All included products are listed in the abstract of the subscription. This subscription service is defined by two major solutions BMC is providing as product solutions.
