GrupoCONTEXT is a consulting, services and software house company that began its activities in 1996, made up of a group of professionals with extensive experience in the financial industry, as well as in the development, marketing, consulting, implementation and integration processes of information systems. Since 1996, GrupoCONTEXT has participated in more than thirty implementation processes of technological change solutions (Core Banking) and management information in twelve Latin American countries.
The experience acquired in these projects gave us a deep understanding of the needs of the financial market. In 1999, GrupoCONTEXT launched its FINANWARE product on the market as an integrated solution of Business Intelligence tools, aimed at responding to business questions from financial institutions. FINANWARE currently has thirty-five implementations in four Latin American countries.
In the year 2000, GrupoCONTEXT launched its product INDICADOR® onto the market, as a solution for analyzing information on the performance of the real sector. In that same year and during 2001, GrupoCONTEXT provided industry consulting services for COMPAQ Corporation of Latin America in the process of introducing core banking, branch automation, internet banking and wireless banking products in the Latin American market.
In 2001, GrupoCONTEXT acquired the accreditation of Microsoft Certified Partner, to offer quality solutions, based on technological standards of wide acceptance and diffusion worldwide.
The development of alliances with multinationals, specialized companies and international consultants has been an important part of our strategy, to expand our range of services and obtain the best levels of support, aimed at achieving the greatest added value to the services we provide. we offer to our clients.
Since January 2002, GrupoCONTEXT has participated in the ATM business, participating in the design, planning and implementation of important ATM networks.
In 2006, GrupoCONTEXT incorporated into its firm a strategic alliance with one of the largest technology solutions companies worldwide; BMC Software Inc. [NYSE: BMC], which through its Business Service Management (BSM) strategy proposes the direct link between technological resources and solution management, with business objectives.
GrupoCONTEXT provides training, consulting, implementation and outsourcing services in the management of IT services aligned with ITIL best practices.
