Control-M for SAP® Advisory Service

What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- Provide an overview of the Control-M for SAP® plugin and its supported Job Types*
- Conduct workshops to assess the Customer environment
- Identify business processes for this assessment
- Prepare Assessment Report
- Demonstrate up to one use case scenario per SAP® Job Type*.
- Create up to 6 SAP® jobs in Control-M
- Create up to 3 Connection Profiles in Control-M
- Install up to 1 SAP® Plugin
The Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing access to their internal domain expert resources, such as schedulers, application development, automation beneficiaries
- Providing the necessary technical resources for the installation and configuration of the SAP® Plugin
- Providing access to Customer’s subject matter experts
- Arranging all meetings with stakeholders
- Creating and managing SAP® processes\jobs\packages in SAP® systems.
- Providing access to the Control-M systems.
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Assessment Report
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Services when the in-scope Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the Customer Project Manager. From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and complete within 30 days. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

Pre-requisites:
Customer must:
- Have an existing installed and configured BMC Control-M for Distributed Systems
- Have an available Control-M Agent to deploy SAP® Plugin
- Have knowledge of Control-M (Scheduler or\and Admin Level)
