A. BMC will make a hotel reservation for you at the Melia Madrid Princesa, based on the check-in and check-out dates you provided on the registration form. The nights that BMC will pay for are November 2 and 3, with check-out on November 4.

A. Yes, your hotel reservation is paid for by BMC, but only at the conference hotel. The night's covered are November 2 and 3 , possibly November 4 if you can’t get a flight out.

A. The BMC registration desk will be available on Monday, November 2, 2026, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Our event officially kicks off at 6:00pm with a Cocktail reception. Our first session begins on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 9:00am.
