A. BMC will pay for your hotel room at the Melida Madrid Princesa, based on the check-in and check-out dates you provided on the registration form. The nights covered by BMC are November 2 and 3, with check-out on November 4. If you are unable to get a flight out on Novemver 4, BMC will cover an additional night.

A. Yes, your hotel reservation is paid for by BMC, but only at the conference hotel. The night's covered are November 2 and 3 , possibly November 4 if you can’t get a flight out.

A. The BMC registration desk will be available on Monday, November 2, 2026, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Our event officially kicks off at 6:00pm with a Cocktail reception. Our first session begins on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 9:00am.
