A. BMC will pay for your hotel room at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit, based on the check-in and check-out dates you provided on the registration form. The nights covered by BMC are October 26 and 27, with check-out on October 28. If you are unable to get a flight out on October 28, BMC will cover an additional night.

A. Yes, your hotel reservation is paid for by BMC, but only at the conference hotel. The night's covered are October 26 and 27, possibly October 28 if you can’t get a flight out.

A. The BMC registration desk will be available on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Our event officially kicks off at 6:00pm with a Cocktail reception. Our first session begins on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 9:00am.
