No. The Associate exam is taken online and is not proctored. It becomes available after you complete the last course in the Certified Associate learning path.
Yes. For products with an online proctored exam, you must hold the Certified Associate designation before you can earn Certified Professional.
You can re-register, pay for, and take another attempt within the guidelines set in the BMC Education Certification Policy.
No. If you already know the current version of the product, you can go straight to the exam. If you need to catch up, take the preparation courses first.
