Control-M SaaS: Plug-ins Concepts (WBT)

Control-M SaaS is a workload automation solution that enables you to automate and schedule your business workflows across various platforms. It helps you to control various processes, called jobs, in an automatic and organized way.

Note: BMC Helix Control-M is now known as Control-M SaaS.

In this course, you will learn how Control-M SaaS extends Control-M functionality to external applications through Plug-ins. You will understand the Plug-in installation requirements on systems with an existing agent, configure Connection Profiles to connect to application servers, and manage Centralized Connection Profiles stored in the server database for use across all agents. You will also explore the different Plug-in job types and learn how to select and define jobs from the planning domain based on your requirements.
