BMC Promotes CRO and SVP Operations to Executive Team
Company creates new roles to accelerate their journey to an Autonomous Digital Enterprise
HOUSTON – May 21, 2020 – BMC, a global leader in IT solutions for the Autonomous Digital Enterprise, today announced the promotions of Jason Andrew to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Michelle Carbone to Senior Vice President of BMC Operations, aligned to the company strategy of driving global growth and supporting a culture of innovation.
Andrew takes on the role of CRO with the important task of bringing the company's global sales and presales organizations together to provide the full power of the BMC portfolio in supporting customer needs. He has been with BMC since 1998 and has held a number of leadership roles, across R&D, GTM, Sales and General Management. Andrew was most recently the Senior Vice President of ESO Global Sales and responsible for worldwide sales of BMC's Enterprise Solutions.
Carbone will lead a centralized team tasked with creating a connective tissue across all functional operations to fuel growth and success as the new SVP of BMC Operations. She joined BMC in 2001 and has led transformative change in finance and operations over the past 19 years. In her most recent role, Carbone led ESO Revenue operations and has played an important role in BMC's recent sales evolution.
