BMC Names Yuji Tanaka Country Director for Japan

HOUSTON – May 21, 2021 – BMC, a global leader in software solutions for the Autonomous Digital Enterprise, announced the appointment of Yuji Tanaka to Country Director, BMC Japan.

Tanaka will lead the Japan operations to continue collaboration with customers that adopt any of several new and existing offerings and integrations such as the BMC AMI (Automated Mainframe Intelligence) solutions, BMC Compuware solutions, and BMC Helix ITSM solutions. Tanaka most recently served as the Regional Director of Compuware Japan, facilitating and streamlining mainframe customers' digital transformation.

Prior to BMC, Tanaka was Oracle's Financial Services Software Ltd. Sales Director, where he launched sales for supply chain management, business-to-business, and managed file transfer products.  He has also held several leadership roles at Axiom SL, Temenos, and DTCC Data Repository in Japan and has over 28 years of experience in financial technology software solutions' sales and management.
