Marco Bocciarelli serves as Head of the End User Services Division at the European Space Agency (ESA), a role he has held since 2019. He has worked at the organization since 1998, starting as a Resource Controller. Most recently, Bocciarelli was a Corporate Business Process Manager at ESA. Before joining the organization, he spent nearly a decade at Thales Group as a Project Controller for ARTEMIS and SICRAL Projects within the Thales Alenia Space division. Bocciarelli earned a Masterʼs degree in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome. Marco Bocciarelli also speaks French, Italian and Swedish.

Dennis Cetnarowski is the Chief Information Officer of BetaNXT with more than 25 years of IT experience in the financial services industry.

Dennis is responsible for overseeing the company’s Information and Technology operational requirements. He has deep expertise in many aspects of technology including server virtualization, cloud services, application management, software engineering, performance and capacity management, networks, storage, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, data center management, information security, risk and compliance, and employee talent and skillset management.

Additionally, Dennis is responsible for the transformation of the technology operations to ensure the most cost efficient, modern and open platform is meeting evolving business requirements.

Dennis has a B.S. in Information Technology, A.A.S in Computer Networking, Security Industry Institute(SII) Graduate of SIFMA/The Wharton School, and a volunteer Firefighter/AEMT/Training Officer in his local town.

I am a mechanical engineer with 20 years’ work experience as a senior manager, manager, consultant, key account manager, sales engineer and service coordinator in both Swedish and international companies. My personality is characterized by an open and trustworthy manner, good social skills and professionalism. Nicola O’Connor is AIB’s Chief Information Security and IT Risk Officer, a role in which she is responsible for ensuring the integrity of both information and systems, while also defining the strategy to future proof the organisation. Nicola is an experienced executive, previously holding a number of senior management positions in AIB including Head of Support & Control. Prior to this she commenced her career in Intel, where she held a number of technical roles. She holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from UCC.

Jon Ozanne is the Chief Information Officer at Balfour Beatty and is responsible for the UK IT, cyber and digital teams. Since joining Balfour Beatty in April 2015, Jon has reimagined the IT function which is now seen as the delivery engine of digital transformation.

Prior to joining Balfour Beatty, Jon was IT Director for Qinetiq Plc where he delivered a transformation of the IT operating and resource model. Jon is an active people leader with a passion for technology and a relentless focus to drive culture change and digital transformation for the benefit of the business.

Mark Rausch has been involved with Operations & Infrastructure Management, Software Development, Project Management and Business Analysis for over 30 years. He is currently the Director of IT Business Services, where he leads teams which manage ITSM and Identity Management tools in support of IT’s objectives. Mark holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional and the International Institute of Business Analysis as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

Since 2019, Pedro is responsible for the IT Operations and Data Centres of European Markets, and he also manages the Technology centres which is a growing team of nearly 15,000 employees across multiple locations.

Pedro joined Vodafone in 2015 as the CIO for Vodafone UK where he led the IT and Digital transformation that positioned Vodafone UK as a leading example of a digital organisation.

Previously, Pedro was the CIO of Oi, the largest telecom in Brazil and the CIO at Portugal Telecom (now Altice Portugal) for 8 years. He also worked in McKinsey for 5 years and at Procter & Gamble for 5 years.

Bernd Schwenk has 27 years of experience in various roles in the IT industry. He joined ADVA Optical Networking SE in 2002 as Vice President Information Technology. In 2016 he moved into the CIO position at ADVA.

During his time at ADVA, he built a global IT organization and transformed the role of IT from a traditional setup into modern service organization. Together with other business departments he’s driving IT innovation projects to transform ADVA into a digital enterprise. During his time, he completed several IT projects integrating acquired companies. His role includes responsibilities of cyber security, enterprise architecture, cloud solutions (SaaS, IaaS), management information system and IT infrastructure.

Kimberly Simon is senior vice president, Business Operations for the Processing business of Mastercard Technology. In this role, she is responsible for protecting and standardizing the business operations practice for the Americas, SA, MEA, Europe, and Turkey regions. The past 9 months has been heavily focused on the demonetization in India and fueling the profitability of the processing business with customers in India (i.e. Airtel).

Prior to this role, Ms. Simon was senior business leader in the Digital Space leading the Service Management team. She was responsible for the management of the ApplePay and SamsungPay launches and ensured it was executed flawlessly. She also established the first Launch Playbook within Mastercard that has been the model for all launches within Mastercard.

Since joining Mastercard, Ms. Simon has served in various leadership roles. She has more than 18 years of experience in the financial and payments industries including 7 years of experience in settlement and fraud. Before joining Mastercard, Ms. Simon served as a director for Enterprise Rent-a-Car payment department. In this position she was responsible for ACI and settlement for the business. Prior to this position, she held roles as senior software engineer, process engineer, as well as database administrator at Monsanto.

Ms. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, with a minor in Computer Science from Saint Louis University.

Industrial and Systems Engineer, with a specialization in Strategic Management and Corporate Finance, as well as several courses, seminars, and diplomas, including one in Digital Transformation and Innovation at MIT. He has over 35 years of experience in Technology Management and has led many technology projects such as Core Changes in Banking, Insurance, E-commerce, and Healthcare. He currently works for Coomeva, a Cooperative Business Group that owns 14 companies, as the Corporate CIO and is also responsible for the Group's Digital Transformation. He serves on various boards and steering committees and has been a teacher and business advisor. Finally, he is a father of two children, Mariana Torres Sanchez and Juan Felipe Torres Sanchez, born of his union with also an Engineer, Diana Cristina Sanchez.

José Manuel Valiño Blanco, General Director of IT, Information, Processes and Operations of ABANCA. He began his career in a Big Four and was part of Europa Management Consulting in Madrid as managing partner. President of META Group Iberia. He was Deputy General Director of Systems at Caixa Galicia and Nova Galicia Banco.

He has held, among others, the positions of president of Hal España (payment systems), president of Softgal (now Indra), president of Softgalnet SoftgalGestion and member of the Board of Directors of the companies Sermepa, Camerfirma, Seglán, Ozona and Banco Etcheverría.

He studied MSC Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and completed the Tuck Executive Program at The Tuck School of Business (Darmouth College) Delivering Information Services at Harvard Business School and Reinventing Your Business Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
