Maintenance schedule

Recommended Service Level (RSL) maintenance is available on a quarterly basis. Additionally, a six-month accumulation of RSL PTFs will be available from the electronic software distribution (ESD) FTP site or on physical media (DVD). A technical bulletin alerts you when a new RSL is available. (You can sign up for proactive alerts on the BMC Support Central website.) 

RSL maintenance is labeled as RSLyyqqC:

yy is the last two digits of the calendar year.

qq is the two digit month representing the quarter.

C is optional to identify a 6-month cumulative release.

The following RSL releases are scheduled or available. Click an RSL number to list the PTFs contained on the RSL. A brief description is included with each PTF. For detailed descriptions, go to PTF Distribution Services (eFix).

Maintenance is available online for two years after the date on which it was made available, which observes our rolling two-year availability policy.
