How to access this Portal
Credentials required to access the BMC Software Portal:
- Must be registered with BMC Single-Sign On (SSO)
- Must have ARMY Support Contract ID and Password in user profile.

When registering as a new user, leave your partner information blank. Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] to activate your profile. A confirmation email will then be sent once your account is activated. Please contact [email protected] with any issues.
How to use this portal:
- Login with BMC SSO credentials
- View My Orders to review previous orders or create a new order.
- Create New Order: complete the required fields and submit for approval
- Once email approval is received, access BMC portal to review approved order detail and access the download option.
- Select products or patches and proceed with download.
Note: Orders will be available for download for 14 days after approval is received.
