Submit and Manage Cases
Create a new Case for a BMC product.
Open your case using Email
Follow these instructions for a simplified way to submit your cases via Email.
Product Defects
All defects related to Cases to which you have access can be found in the Manage Your Cases section of Support Central. If a Defect is associated with a Case, it will be listed in a section labeled Defects/RFEs/CARs located between the Case details and the Case Updates section. Clicking a Defect ID will provide relevant information about the Defect, such as the status and a brief summary.
