1. How did you get started with BMC Helix and the community?
I started my career with BMC Remedy/Helix After I finish my Masters in 2015. I was trained on Remedy 7.6.04 and 8.1 in my first company as trainee engineer and since then my journey started with BMC Remedy/Helix.
To be honest I was not active on BMC Community earlier but after 2020-21 Joining the BMC community gave me direct access to experts, shared experiences, and problem-solving discussions that accelerated my learnings and exploration.

2. What advice do you give to someone just starting with Helix?
Start small but think big. Focus first on mastering the core/basics of AR(now a days its called Innovation Suite). Once Base of basics is built then gradually explore other areas of Helix. And its a continuous learning process, you can't stop learning if you want to stay in race.
Leverage your internal technical channels and the BMC community âno question is too small, and youâll be amazed how much practical knowledge you can gain from other's experiences.

3. How has being part of the community helped your own professional growth?
It has been a catalyst for growth. Iâve learned new approaches, stayed updated on product enhancements, and even contributed back through discussions and knowledge sharing. The community has also helped me build a network of like-minded professionals, which is invaluable for brainstorming solutions.

4. What hobbies or passions keep you busy outside of work?
I enjoy photography, video editing and driving - these give me a chance to slow down(not on the road off course), observe details, and recharge creatively. I also love exploring emerging technologies or features in product in my free time.

5. If you werenât in tech, what field would you love to be in?
If I werenât in tech, I would love to be in the field of Ayurveda and Naturopathy. The science of natural healing, balance, and understanding how our health is connected to rhythms of the earth and sun fascinates me. Just like technology aligns processes for efficiency, Ayurveda aligns the body, mind, and environment for harmony. Exploring how natureâs cycles influence human well-being would be my alternative passion.

6. Do you have a favorite book, movie, or quote that inspires you?
My favourite quote is âSystem never lies.âÂ
If something isnât working, it usually means thereâs something we have missed, misconfigured, or provided incorrectly to the system. This mindset keeps me grounded, helps me troubleshoot with logic, and reminds me that technology is consistentâitâs our inputs and assumptions that need closer inspection.

7. One app you canât live without.
Microsoft onenoteâItâs my digital brain đ From jotting down quick solution ideas to maintaining project notes and certification prep material, it helps me stay organized and never lose track of thoughts and to dos.

8. Dream travel destination? âïž
I would love to travel across all the amazing places in India that have deep historical backgrounds and scientific connections. Iâm fascinated by hidden places that make you wonder, âHow was this even possible centuries ago?â Along with that, one of my dreams is to visit each and every fort of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, as they are not just monuments but living examples of strategy, architecture, vision and resilience.

10. What final message would you like to share with the BMC Helix Community?
Keep exploring, keep sharing. The true strength of the Helix ecosystem lies not only in the product but in the community that supports it. Every contributionâbig or smallâmakes the ecosystem stronger.

11. Whatâs your go-to productivity hack that others might find useful?
Time blocking. I dedicate focused hours for deep work (like solution design or troubleshooting or building something) . It helps reduce context-switching and boosts efficiency.

12. Which Helix feature do you think is underutilized but very powerful?
Innovation Studio.
I know there will be more enhancements coming in IS which will make it quite powerful tool to use.
