This incorporation of the Magic User Group at BMC UserWorld will offer the most in-depth series of sessions that BMC has put together in years. We will have 3 full days of BMC/Magic specific sessions that will provide insight into the latest developments of the Magic/BMC Service Desk Express product family as well as group participation events like Innovation Workshops that will help to set the future direction of the product line. We'll have multiple sessions aimed at getting the most out of the application - focusing on system performance, automation, and efficiencies gained by using the new features of Version 9.0. In addition, we will be looking at fundamental concepts such as CMDB optimization, asset discovery and tracking, and extending the service desk. In short, we have listened to our customers and have built a dedicated track aimed at providing as much information about the BMC/Magic product family as possible.
