Frederieke Winkler Prins

Manager, Product Management for IT Service Management

Frederieke Winkler Prins, manager of product management for IT Service Management at BMC, leads the development on the service management process model and is involved in development for the BMC Remedy Service Desk. She is a certified ITIL Master with over a decade of experience, working with leading corporations and government agencies, including DHL, Hitachi Data Systems, Nextel, Philip Morris, and the Royal British Navy. She lectures regularly on ITIL and co-founded Service Management Partners (SMP) in 1998.
