As vice president of BMC Enterprise Service Management Business Unit Customer Support, Alisa Nessler leads the worldwide customer support team for enterprise systems management products.

She began her career as a software engineer. After ten years with IBM®, primarily in sales and sales management, she joined BMC in the mid-1990s and was responsible for BMC PATROL product marketing. She left BMC and became the CEO for several startup companies. She returned to BMC and served as a program executive prior to taking on the support responsibility in mid-2006.
