Bill Miller
President of the Mainframe Service Management Business Unit
Bill Miller has served in numerous roles at BMC and currently leads the MSM business unit. This business unit provides the revenue stream the company needs to continually develop innovative new offerings. Additionally, the MSM business unit delivers technologies that support solutions in the BSM Managed Service model and continues to keep pace with the latest systems, data and operations technologies.
Bill joined BMC in 2002 from BindView Development Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining BindView, he spent 21 years at IBM Corporation in various roles. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas.
