Browser and Product Name List Improvements

BMC Software Customer Support Central has received usability upgrades to improve the user experience when entering issues and working with additional browsers. The new features include:

  • Support for Firefox and IE7 browsers.
  • Simpler product selection using Product Categories and Product List Auto-Suggestion. 
  • More convenient Issue management.
  • Easier to manage a customized product list.

 
A valid BMC Support User ID is required to access these new features.
