PUT Maintenance Delivery Schedule
BMC Software updates all mainframe deliverables at regular intervals. The Program Update Tape (PUT) system makes available the latest service and maintenance for BMC Software products that are installed with the Installation System.
PUT maintenance is available free of charge. You can order a copy by contacting your local support center or by sending an e-mail to customer_support@bmc.com.

Note: Two main updates are released each year. PUTxxxxB is an accumulation of PUTxxxxA and PUTxxxxB.
Documentation that is related to a PUT is available as technical bulletins, which are posted on the BMC Software Customer Support Web page.
A technical bulletin documents all known significant problems that are related to a PUT for a specific product. When you sign up for Proactive Alerts, BMC Software automatically notifies you by e-mail when a new or updated technical bulletin is posted to the Web site.
You can sign up for Proactive Alerts on the BMC Software Customer Support Web page.
You can also find the descriptions of individual PTFs from eFix by reading the information on the Using eFix to find PTFs page.
