Carlos Granda
VP of Global Services
Carlos Granda is VP Global Services for BMC Software. In this position, he is responsible for the direction of over 800 Consulting and Educational Services experts focused on ensuring that BMC customers maximize their investments in BMC technology. With an emphasis on proven best practices and thought leadership, BMC Global Services delivers measureable business value with an emphasis on Cloud Computing, IT Service Management, and Business Service Management.
Granda has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry with a strong record of building service organizations focused on quality customer experience and IT Transformation. Prior to joining BMC, Granda led Professional Services for the Americas at VMware with a focus on cloud solutions. Previously, Granda also served as Worldwide VP of Professional Services at BEA/ORACLE and was responsible for overall services strategy, consulting, education, and global architecture team. Under his leadership, professional services evolved to become a trusted advisor to both customers and partners.
Mr. Granda has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Jeff Lortz
AVP of Consulting Services
Jeff Lortz has been building and managing our Global Practice organization for the past 3 years. He managed BladeLogic’s Professional Services business when they were acquired by BMC in 2008. Jeff received his MBA from the University of Rhode Island, and his BS, Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

Robin Gunn
AVP, Global Educational Services
Robin Gunn is the AVP, Global Educational Services for BMC Software. She is responsible for providing leadership, strategy and organizational direction for BMC Educational Services across the company's software portfolio.
Prior to joining BMC, Robin served as the WW Education Director for HP Software leading the Education Services business across HP's BTO software portfolio. Robin directed the redefinition of HP Software Education Services' GTM and RTM strategies designed to increase attach and grow deal size.
Robin brings 17+ years of experience dedicated to the education services business, ranging from instructor to more than 10 years in education leadership positions. As an executive at HP, Software AG, Harcourt Assessment, and Peoplesoft, Robin brings her depth of experience to BMC where she is focused on delivering innovative education that enables customer adoption and value realization across the BMC BSM platform. Robin is based in Atlanta, GA. She is a graduate of Clemson University.

Rick Laner
VP of Consulting Services
Rick Laner has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology industry. Rick is currently the Vice President of Consulting Services for BMC. In this role, Rick is responsible for managing the company's consulting and off-shoring business with over 600 staff across the globe.
Joining BMC in 2001, Rick spent the first three years in the company's Australian offices holding a variety of roles including Regional Services and Software Consulting Manager for ANZ. In 2004, Rick joined the company's Asia Pacific operations in Singapore where he served as Asia Pacific Director of Consulting Services and Software Consulting. During this time he managed a team of 150 people across the region and was successful in transforming the team into one of the most profitable and fastest growing organizations in the business.
Rick has a Bachelor of Business Degree in IT from Central Queensland University, Australia.

Scott Carlton
AVP, Global Portfolio Delivery
Scott Carlton is the Area Vice President of Global Portfolio Delivery at BMC. Scott is responsible for the overall delivery of services by BMC to it's entire global customer base. Scott's areas of focus include ensuring consistent procedures, processes and methologies are leveraged in all of BMC services interactions with clients. He leads a team of PMO leaders that are distributed throughout the world who are responsible for all customer delivery at the region level. In addition to service delivery, Scott is also responsible for the services contracting process at BMC.
Carlton holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Southeast Missouri State University and a master of business administration from the University of Arkansas.

Stephen Davito
VP of Consulting Services
Steve Davito’s tenure with BMC Consulting Services began with the Remedy acquisition in 2002. He has served as Director and now VP of Services for the America’s West – engaging with some of BMC’s largest enterprise accounts. Steve began his career at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) and moved to Remedy Corporation in 1997. Steve has extensive depth with the BSM platform enabling our customers to understand the roadmap to value. He is a graduate of the University of California.

Dave Lavanty is our Vice President of Public Sector Services at BMC Software. Dave is responsible for ensuring end-user solution adoption and customer value realization through the delivery of successful engagements and transformational programs. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, he is a highly experienced sales and services leader who understands all aspects of the solution design and delivery process and holds a unique perspective on what it takes to implement enterprise-class solutions to achieve mission-critical results

Alan Chhabra 
Director of Cloud/DCA Consulting Services
Alan is responsible for the Cloud and Data Center Automation consulting practice for BMC. Prior to BMC, he was at Egenera (A Virtualization Pioneer) for over eight years leading various strategic customer initiatives in cloud, utility computing, infrastructure virtualization, and growing Egenera's Professional Services team. He is a frequent speaker at industry events where he regularly leads discussions on how virtualization, cloud computing and dynamic data centers can help CIOs meet their business objectives. Alan is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and his Masters in aerospace engineering.

Wiley Vasquez
Director of Proactive Operations Consulting Services
Wiley Vasquez heads up the Proactive Operations services business globally at BMC Software. Prior to that to that, he led the IT Process Consulting practice. Wiley was also Chief Services Architect for BMC’s On Demand and Managed Services business unit, and is one of the original concept team members that innovated Business Service Management at BMC. Mr. Vasquez has more than twenty two years of experience in IT management services.

With over 20 years experience in the IT industry, Sandrina currently serves as the AVP Consulting Services at BMC Software for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Sandrina was Regional Sales Manager ANZ South, responsible for the sale of BMC's software solutions into some of BMC's largest BSM customers in the region. Prior to BMC, Sandrina held positions managing the IBM Managed Services business for ANZ, building the services group for Software Spectrum, managing Workgroup Services for one of Australia's largest retailers and providing consulting into some of Australia and the UK's largest commercial and government organizations.

John Hawkins 
Chief Services Architect, Cloud Computing
John Hawkins is the Chief Services Architect for Cloud Solution Planning and Services Strategy. He is responsible for running the cloud solution planning services globally. His charter is to ensure the BMC solutions prescribed to our valued customers are in alignment with their business and IT needs. With a solid understanding of the clients' need, BMC is able to build a tailored Cloud strategy and roadmap in support of an organizations' goals. At a high level, cloud planning covers key areas such as business value, organizational readiness, solution adoption, and technical design; which may include Cloud, ITaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Automation and other architectural & domain solutions.
John brings has over 17 years of IT/Consulting experience. Prior to BMC he worked for VMware where his served as the Lead for the Solutions Architecture Practice; he developed components for the services GTM strategy for solution selling, co-developed the solutions selling framework for VMware PSO services pre-sales, and was the team lead for various special projects. Prior to VMware, John worked at Oracle, BEA Systems and other large enterprise software companies. John is the author of Building a Strategic Plan for Your Life and Business and Affinity: Managing Java Application Servers. John graduated with a degree in business from the University of Portland.

Nilotpal Choudhury 
Director Global Service Delivery
Nilotpal heads the Global Service Delivery (GSD) team for BMC. GSD is the strategic off-shore delivery team performing end to end implementations across the BSM solutions lifecycle, catering to the worldwide delivery needs of BMC customers. GSD is comprised of highly skilled BMC solution specialists focusing on key initiatives including Cloud Computing, Data Center Automation, ITSM and Proactive Operations. Prior to BMC, Nilotpal was at Oracle for 9 years in various leadership roles managing consulting and pre-sales teams for different geographies. He was also instrumental in establishing new initiatives and practices at Oracle. Nilotpal holds a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering and a Masters degree in business management.
