The BP for SLM is based on SAP Enterprise Portal technology, and communicates with its users through a SAP Enterprise Portal iView. It is deployed and executed within the SAP Enterprise Portal, making it possible for any business stake holder to continuously and independently monitor service levels delivered to users or transactions he or she is responsible for.
