IT organizations need to collect configuration items (CI) and CI relationship data to populate and maintain the CMDB. They need to identify assets and how they are configured. Today's number of IT components, their configurations, relationships between them, and the constant changes introduced by business and technology needs makes manual tracking difficult.   • Uses Universal Application Discovery (UAD) to find apps and dependencies based on ports and process mapping with patent-pending algorithms
  • Embeds knowledge base of 10,000+ processes and applications mapping with a UAD; allows the user to enrich the knowledge base with their applications
