BMC Software Confirms Campus Sale is Complete

HOUSTON, June 16, 2006 – BMC Software today confirmed that the sale of its four-building, 1.5 million square foot campus and adjacent developable land to Thomas Properties Group, Inc. has closed.

The transaction was announced by Thomas Properties Group on June 7, 2006, with a closing date specified for later in the month.  As part of the sale agreement, BMC will maintain its corporate headquarters location at the campus via a collection of separate 15-year leases.

Winner of the 2004 BOMA Office Building of the Year Award and designed by two world-renowned architectural design firms, the BMC campus was developed in phases between 1993 and 2001.
