To subscribe to this service, you must be a registered BMC Software Customer Support Web site user with a valid Login ID and Password. If you have registered and don't remember your login ID and password, go to the Login ID and Password Lookup utility at http://www.bmc.com/register/lookup.cfm and have this information emailed to you.

To activate your Proactive Notification subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Access the BMC Software Customer Support Web site at www.bmc.com/support.html
2. Click on the Proactive Notification link - Subscribe for or Modify Your Proactive Notification Service
3. Enter your registered Login ID and Password.
4. Verify your contact information. (Any corrections to this information should be emailed to support@bmc.com.)
5. Complete the Product Profile, listing the products and kinds of information you would like to receive. This profile can be modified at any time.
6. Click Submit.

When you have completed the sign-up process, we will send you an email confirmation. Then you can look forward to receiving timely information that will help keep your systems running smoothly and assure business availability.
