BMC Software is Improving the Knowledge Base Search Capabilities
September 15, 2007

BMC will be launching a new Knowledge Search interface (powered by Remedy Knowledge Management) which will greatly improve your search results and help you get the knowledge needed to speed up issue resolution. Some of the key features of this new interface include:

  • A natural-language search criteria allowing you to simply state the question or situation about which you are seeking more information.
  • The ability to search product documentation, white papers and other knowledge documents in a single search operation.
  • Faster responses with more relevant results, giving you the right content to answer your question.
