BMC Software is working to make your experience with Customer Support even better! To this effect, the BMC Customer Support Organization has launched an initiative to survey customers regarding their satisfaction with BMC Software's Customer Support. With the goal of continuously improving customer support experiences, BMC is requesting your feedback about the service you recently received.
Each week, customers whose issues have been resolved by Customer Support will be randomly selected to participate in an on-line survey. The survey will include questions regarding satisfaction with the BMC Customer Support experience, the likelihood of recommending BMC Software Customer Support to others, and recommendations regarding changes that could have helped to avoid the problem they encountered.
